At Patameta, we understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation of services. We value our clients’ satisfaction and strive to be transparent in our cancellation policy. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines regarding cancellations.
Cancellation Process: To initiate a cancellation, clients are required to submit a formal request in writing via email to support@patameta.com. The request must include the client’s name, project details, and the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Charges: The cancellation charges will be based on the stage of the project and the amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation. Please note that any upfront fees or non-refundable deposits paid at the beginning of the project are non-refundable.
Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 days the date of the cancellation request. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting any applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable deposits.
Project Ownership: In the event of a cancellation, all rights to the work completed thus far will remain the property of Patameta. The client is not entitled to use any deliverables provided by the agency unless agreed upon separately.
Work in Progress: If the cancellation request is received while the project is still in progress, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that point. Any outstanding balances must be settled as per the payment terms agreed upon in the initial contract.
Communication: Our team will maintain open communication throughout the cancellation process to address any concerns and ensure a smooth transition.
Force Majeure: In exceptional cases of force majeure events, where circumstances beyond both parties’ control lead to project cancellation, Patameta will review such cases individually to determine fair resolution.
Modifications to the Policy: Patameta reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy as deemed necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
